About this app

The “Audi BKK ePA App” is the central portal for everything related to your health. It gives you access to various functions, services and offers that you can use individually and independently of one another. The heart of the app is the electronic patient record (ePA).

With the app you can conveniently manage your ePA via your smartphone. The most important functions at a glance:
• Important documents always at hand (doctor's letters, medication list, etc.)
• View medication list
• Edit file contents
• Upload your own documents
• View performance overview
• Manage access rights
• Use the e-prescription function

Electronic patient file – your digital health safe
The ePA is the secure digital repository for your personal health data. It acts like a safe for which only you have the key: All relevant information about your health is collected in it - from doctor's reports to medication plans.

With the ePA, you always have your medical documents quickly to hand during treatment appointments. You can also share this with practices and facilities if necessary. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge – including between you and your treating doctors. Sharing EHR content speeds up communication and promotes a holistic view of your health. The hassle of carrying paper documents with you is now a thing of the past. The patient file makes your life easier and at the same time relieves the burden on those involved in the healthcare system!

E-prescription – Easily manage recipes
You can manage your recipes directly in the app using the e-prescription function. You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still open. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly via the app.

Further development
The app is continually being developed in accordance with legal requirements.
