The Audi BKK ePA is your central portal for all things related to your health. It gives you access to various functions, services, and offers that you can use individually and independently. The core of the app is the electronic patient record (ePA).

With the app, you can conveniently manage your ePA via your smartphone. The most important functions at a glance:

Electronic Patient Record – The digital safe for your health data
Relevant information about your health is stored digitally and securely in one place with the ePA – from doctor's reports to medication plans. It is a protected platform that allows you to access information about your treatment history for future healthcare needs, regardless of location.

Specifically, the contents of your personal Audi BKK electronic patient record (ePA) are available to you via the Audi BKK ePA app and, by default, also to your current healthcare providers for a limited period. You can customize access permissions for individual healthcare providers according to your preferences using the Audi BKK ePA app.

The ePA facilitates the exchange of information between those involved in your healthcare, accelerates communication, and promotes a holistic view of your health. The cumbersome task of carrying paper documents is now a thing of the past. The ePA makes your life easier and simultaneously reduces the workload for healthcare providers! You benefit from greater transparency and optimized care.

Messenger – Secure communication in healthcare via chat
Use the messenger to securely exchange messages and files containing health data with participating practices and facilities.

E-Prescription – Easily manage prescriptions
Manage your prescriptions digitally with ease: The e-prescription function in your Audi BKK ePA app lets you keep track of open and already filled prescriptions. Order medications directly from your preferred pharmacy – flexibly for pickup or delivery. Thanks to the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly through the app.

You have several options for this, which you can select during the registration process.
