About this app

The BAHN-BKK ePA app offers you access to various functions, services, and features that can be used independently. At the heart of our app is the electronic patient record (ePA).

• The ePA is the digital document folder for your medical records.

• Your data is stored in the telematics infrastructure network according to the highest security standards.

• It facilitates the exchange of information – including between you and your treating physicians.

With our app, you can easily manage your ePA via your smartphone:

• Important documents are always readily available
• Edit the contents of the record
• Set access rights
• Track access

E-Prescription

Manage your prescriptions with the e-prescription function: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of already redeemed and outstanding prescriptions. The integrated search function lets you find the nearest pharmacy directly in the app.

After installing the app, the welcome tour will give you an overview of the various areas and functionalities.
