About this app

As a BKK Linde customer, you can conveniently take your medical records, diagnoses, and findings with you and share them with other doctors if needed.

Electronic Patient Record (ePA)

The electronic patient record (ePA) is your secure, digital storage for health data. After applying for and registering with BKK Linde, your ePA will accompany you for life. Doctors and other healthcare providers can upload treatment documents such as findings, referral letters, medication plans, or X-rays directly into the record. You can share this data with other doctors, enabling optimal collaboration among all healthcare professionals.

E-Prescription
With the e-prescription function, you can manage your prescriptions easily and clearly: redeem e-prescriptions, check open and redeemed prescriptions, and find the nearest pharmacy using the search function – all directly in the app.

For secure access, we identify you once. The following methods are available:

- Activation code: Identification at one of our branches and receipt of the activation code

- Identification at a post office or via electronic identity card

- Health card (eGK): Use of the eGK and PIN
