About this app

The "my BKK W&F ePA" app is your central portal for all things related to your health. It offers access to various functions, services, and features, all of which can be used independently. At its core is the electronic patient record (ePA).

Manage your ePA easily via your smartphone using the app:

• Keep important documents readily available
• Edit the contents of your record
• Set access rights
• Track access history

The electronic patient record is the digital repository for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and
insights related to your health. It facilitates the exchange of information – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.

E-Prescription

Manage your prescriptions with the e-prescription function: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of already redeemed and outstanding prescriptions. The integrated search function lets you find the nearest pharmacy directly within the app.
