With the DAK ePA app, your electronic patient record (ePA) can reach its full potential. The ePA app is the key to your data and documents and also gives you access to your electronic prescriptions. This means you always have all the important information about your health readily available. Anytime. Anywhere. Whether you're on the go, at the doctor's office, or during a hospital stay.
What is my ePA?
The electronic patient record (ePA) is the central storage location for your medical documents, such as your findings, records, and diagnoses. This means you always have your health information at hand and retain complete control over who can access the data. This also eliminates the need for you to obtain paper copies of medical reports, allowing your doctors to focus on what matters most: you and your treatment.

As DAK-Gesundheit, the best possible protection of your health data is of utmost importance to us. To ensure secure access, one-time personal identification is required. You have several options for this, which you can select during the registration process.

The app is continuously being developed to provide you with the best possible user experience. We welcome your feedback, reviews, and suggestions to further develop the DAK ePA app and better adapt it to your needs. The following requirements apply to the app:
• DAK-Gesundheit customer
• Android 13 or higher
• NFC capability
• No device with a modified operating system

• Die App zeigt nun sofort an, wenn eine Apotheke ein Medikament abgegeben hat.
• Die Dosierungsangaben aus ärztlicher Verordnung und Apothekenabgabe werden automatisch abgeglichen, sodass immer die aktuell gültige Dosierung angezeigt wird.
• Leistungserbringer haben keinen Zugriff mehr auf Leistungsauskünfte, die durch die Krankenkassen eingestellt werden.
• Die App zeigt nun sofort an, wenn eine Apotheke ein Medikament abgegeben hat.
