The “My energie-BKK ePA” app is the central portal for everything related to your health. It gives you access to various functions, services and offers, all of which can be used independently of one another. The heart of the system is the electronic patient record (ePA).
You can easily manage your ePA via your smartphone using the app:

The electronic patient file is the digital storage location for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and insights about your health. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge – including between you and your treating doctors. Sharing EHR content speeds up communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.
E-prescription:
You can manage your prescriptions using the e-prescription function: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still open. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly via the app.
