About this app
The hkk ePA app is the central portal for all your health needs. It gives you access to various functions, services, and offers, all of which can be used independently. The heart of this app is the eponymous electronic patient record.
Using the app, you can easily manage your ePA via your smartphone:
• Important documents always at your fingertips
• Edit file contents
• Set access rights and track access
The electronic patient record is the digital storage location for your personal health data: An archive of collected documents and
information about your health. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.
E-Prescription
Use the e-prescription function to manage your prescriptions: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still open. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly in the app.

As a hkk health insurance company, the best possible protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, a one-time personal identification is required. You have several options for this, which you can select during the registration process.
