About this app

The R+V BKK ePA app is your central portal for all things related to your health. It offers access to various functions, services, and offers, all of which can be used independently. At its core is the electronic patient record (ePA).

Manage your ePA easily via your smartphone using the app:

• Keep important documents readily available
• Edit the contents of your record
• Set access rights

The electronic patient record is the digital repository for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and information about your health. It facilitates the exchange of information – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.

E-Prescription
Manage your prescriptions with the e-prescription function: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still outstanding. The integrated search function lets you find the nearest pharmacy directly through the app.
