ePA (Electronic Patient Record) – Your health data always at your fingertips
The vivida bkk ePA app is your personal, secure, and digital storage location for all your important health data. You have access to your medical information at any time, can upload documents, and securely share them with your doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. With the ePA, you have control over your health data and can view it conveniently at any time.
Benefits:
• Full control over your health data: You decide which doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies have access to your health information.
• Security and data protection: Your data is protected by state-of-the-art encryption. Only you decide who can view your data.
• Avoid duplicate examinations: By keeping track of your health data, you can avoid unnecessary examinations and view your medical history at any time.
• Easy document management: You can digitally store medical documents, such as your vaccination record or maternity record, and access them at any time.
New in version 3.4.0:
• New help system for first-time users: Detailed instructions are displayed immediately after logging in to help you become more familiar with the app's features.
• Improved medication list (eML): The medication overview has been improved both visually and functionally.
• Revised notification for empty medication list: Clearer notifications when the list is empty provide a more user-friendly experience.
• Device management:
o Device registration restarts if email access is unavailable.
o Notification when the maximum number of connected devices is exceeded.
o Option to reset the image type for documents using the new "No Specification" option.
• Updated activity log: Recent activities are clearly displayed with icons for "Health Insurance Change" and "New Patient Record Status."
• Document scanning function: You can now scan documents directly with the camera and upload them to the patient record as PDFs.
• Improved User Interface:
Optimizations to the app's display and navigation enhance the user experience.
Improved display of documents and images, especially when permissions are blocked.
Stability and Performance Improvements:
• Login and Loading Time Optimizations: Improved speed and stability when launching the app.
• Improved Pharmacy Display: Stability improvements to the "State" filter function in the pharmacy search.
• Stability Improvements: Improved user experience through fixes to biometric activation and the substitute function in demo mode.
System Requirements:
• Operating System: Android 13 or higher (Android 10, 11, and 12 are no longer supported).
• NFC-enabled devices are required for secure login.
Security Updates:
• Secure Identification: eGK identification is now offered directly within the native part of the app.
• Data Privacy: Your health data is protected by state-of-the-art encryption.
