Ratings and reviews

The app isn't designed to tell you when to add water to your nurseries or when to add seedlings from your nursery to your garden. Rise claims that notifications are designed to occur when it's time to prune, harvest, and remove plants from the garden, however, after using three gardens for about a year, and after troubleshooting with customer service several times, these notifications aren't occurring either. The gardens themselves are great, but I wouldn't purchase again. Very disappointed.

It's ok. I use it mostly for keeping track of what's planted and as a reminder for food and cleaning. Sometimes the feeding says "no need to feed" but then I get a notification it's time to feed. The smart care feature isn't accurate enough to use. Once I got an ec/ph reader I could see how messed up all my readings really were. The app also thinks plants grow in 3 weeks and are ready to harvest while it's closer to 45-50 days. The other features this app has are pretty good though.

The only thing I use this for is tracking maintenance. Could you please include an option to fast forward and reset the weekly nutrient and water reminder so we do not have to click through multiple screens just to say maintenance is complete? I understand the instructions have to be there for new users but after you've used this for a while you don't need the instructions.
