Very good camera app Great camera app, up there with manual camera and FV-5. It looks great but at the expense of some usability, the icons are too small making them hard to tap. I'd also say that it's a little slow to get a shot in manual. With having to be careful and precise with finger placement for zoom/focus it can be a bit distracting from taking a photo. Basically, the app is excellent but needs a little work. Could be the best with some usability tweaks.
I used this app first on my Lumia 1020, and still do. Now that I got an android, I was so happy to see it in the play store. I love it's simple to use manual controls. The pictures I have taken with this app are stunning. It would be nice to also have the live filters that are available on Windows Phone app. Also another issue I have (maybe I just can't see), is when you change recording mode to video, there is no way to get it back to the standard photo camera. Or am I missing something?
Doesn't open at all I can't believe I paid for an app that only opened once when I installed it. It crashes every single time I try to launch it. UPDATE: reinstalling the app helped it start opening again. However, filming simply doesn't work at all and I have to force close and reopen the app to make it work again. The interface is extremely confusing and not very user friendly.
Issues with latest update with Nexus 6p It's been an excellent camera app until the most recent update. Now the flash doesn't coordinate with the shutter plus the flash randomly flickers. I'll wait for another update and if nothing changes I'm going to uninstall. I like the settings and options you can work with otherwise.
Was amazed by this app till recently. However, the app isn;t working correctly in my phone after it's recent Nougat update. Lagging, getting stuck, Photos not getting clicked on time Phone - OnePlus3 OS - Issues started after Nougat update (premium user)
Worst camera app I have used till now. The pictures captured by this app are under exposed. Even during the day in sunlight the images captured are dark. The settings cannot be changed as required. I tried uninstalling reinstalling, forced closing, clearing the cache, etc. But without any success.
+ Updated for compatibility with Android 7.0
+ Fixed camera roll bug where photos / video weren’t appearing after capture
+ Made buttons bigger so ProShot is easier to use on some devices
+ Small fixes here and there
We are in the process of giving ProShot a complete overhaul - new camera roll, new image processing pipeline, new everything! It will be better and faster than ever before, and we can't wait to show you what's next. Coming early November!
