Absolute garbage. Installed the app to use a simple vending machine. I can't add a card to my account, I only get a forever loading screen. I can't use operator billing, because the operation gets terminated by an unknown error. There's no way for me to use this app and it's not worth the hassle installing for getting a simple drink. The sms instructions on the machine also do not work, no response, gulps the money down, but that's not the app's fault

Elisan liittymästä ei mobiilimaksu toimi, koska Elisa ei ole ottanut käyttöön vaadittavaa tunnistamista. - Nets lisäsi tunnistuksen, ja nyt on kortin lisäys sovelluksen maksutapaan epäonnistunut joillain käyttäjillä. Selvitämme Netsin kanssa ongelmaa.

No way to add payment card, it just says failed to add credit card when i'm trying to add a debit card even though everything from the bank side of things works. Has worked in the past. Also logged into mepay website and it says it has accepted the 0 eur payment 10 times but seems like that's not enough to add a card.

Kortin lisäämisessä on ei valitettavasti onnistu tällä hetkellä kaikilla osalla käyttäjistä. Tätä ongelmaa on alkanut esiintyä viime aikoina. Se näyttää liittyvän Netsin tekemään tunnistukseen, joka on EU:n vaatimusten mukainen. Selvitämme ongelmaa Netsin kanssa. Ilmoitamme sinulle, kun syy on löytynyt ja korjaus tehty.

Randomly pulls 5€ out of your bank account and 9/10 times it won't even work. Constantly crashes and says "operation stopped" in the middle of paying. Absolutely useless app that took 5€ from me and didn't even work when I wanted to purchase a single 1€ soda. Don't use. EDIT: I'm sorry but your response is unsatisfactory. A 5€ bank hold unreasonable. Any other app that puts a hold on a bank is 1€ or less. And the fact that I recieved the hold and still got nothing in return is bs.

Nets/ bank make the preauthorization before you select the product. - We agree this methodology is too unflexible. That is why we will replace it by a more flexihle method in the new version of the App. But the main issue in your case is the vending machine which does not work properly.
