Getting you to doing 10, 15, 20 or 25 pull ups in a row -- that is what the Pull Ups fitness app is all about.
Think of the Pull Ups app as your personal fitness trainer that is going to help you build up the strength to complete those 10, 15, 20 or 25 continuous pull ups within a short few days or weeks, depending on your level of fitness.
Just like a real personal fitness trainer, the Pull Ups app adjusts the exercise regimen based on your feedback how taxing you think the individual exercises are. That way, you can continue towards your fitness goal at your very own pace.

Its very good but lack a few things used to do 10 and couldn't past this number. After that I ended up not passing the number 8. I started using this app and it put so little reps per day that I don't even tire myself with these 5 sets. I made all the progress in one day and in the end of it manage to do 15 with a bit of struggle. The program should in some way ask if I want to do more or something. Another thing that lacks is to teach how to maintain without the app. Other than that, did an amazing job.

Love it, but needs sound control I love all of this developers exercise apps, but they all have the same flaw: There is no way to turn off or turn down audio cues. I use my phone to listen to music when I work out, and that whistle rattles my brain everytime it goes off. Fix this one thing and it's pretty much perfect. Be honest with how you feel after a workout and it'll keep you at the right pace to reach your goal without going overboard. Works great!

Could be good All these apps from this developer would be five stars, except the difficulty curve is way too steep. Even if you tell these fitness apps that the asked reps was too difficult, it will ignore you completely and give you just as many next time, (The app should reset the difficulty of the reps back 2 to 4 days for example). This makes these apps next to useless after a few days because of this difficulty curve.

Small Tweaks Being able to track reps within a failed attempt would be a great improvement. For instance if the App calls for six pull ups and you are only able to do 4, then get the other 2 shortly after, and the following week you get 5 then rest and get 1. This information would be useful in tracking progression.

Nice job great app Love this app, we put a pull up bar in the backyard a few months ago and i would just do as many as i can never got past 5. Didnt know you need to rest between sets, know i do XD Thanks developers Good job to! :)

great app, needs more options absolutely love both this and the push up app. would really love to see goals of at least 40 and 50 consecutive pull ups. i'm already pulling 20 before even starting this app. so it's kind of useless atm. :(

Solid Programing, Bad Programmer The programming is great for helping you break through to the next level if you stay consistent with the exercises. However, if you reach your goal then the app doesn't move you up to the next goal or let you change your goal. It says to use the "menu button" to change your goal, there hasnt been a menu button in Android for years, and there isn't a provided menu button. Once this happens the app doesn't change the sets anymore. You're stuck doing the same sets maintaining your results. Galaxy Note 4.
Needs to handle unsuccessful attempts better If you miss a rep, or multiple reps, and say it was "too hard," it just gives you the same workout again next time. Would be better if it cycled back a little -- maybe more sets of fewer reps. That's what the same developer's push-up app does.
Worthless This app is stupid. How does it recommend you train to do 10 pullups in a row? Start by doing 11 pullups each day. Duh, thanks a lot! No other training is given. Train to do pullups by doing more pullups. Idiotically simplistic.
Pull ups I am a little past half way to my initial goal of 10 continuous pull ups. About a week ago I struggled to do 2. I find the increase of each session to be very doable. I recommend this app to anyone that wants to increase the number of pull ups they can do.
Austin This app doesn't teach you how to do 25 continuous pull ups. It stops at a set of 52 pull ups= 12,9,12,9&10. This is a lot different to 25 CONTINUOUS PULL UPS. Look for a different app.
Not really clear... This app works great. The rest timer and whistle add a nice touch between sets. But I'm having trouble knowing if the workout is difficult or just right. What I mean is, if you ask me to do 9 pull ups do I have to do 9 pull ups straight or can I do 5, stop and breathe a little, and then finish the last 4? It's not clear whether each set should be completed straight through or not. If this was clear it would help with accurately adjusting the difficulty for me.
Very good app but Why isn't there an app that combines push-ups sit-ups Pull-Ups all together and makes sense for you with all of that in them I am constantly having to switch between apps which is why it's starting to get annoying
Needs Work Does not hold screen up when it is counting down. Phone then locks out and I have struggle to get the program back. Also, as other have said, the too hard button does not seem to modify the progress. The program is too inflexible if you have to restart somewhere. No mention of negatives as a training alternative. But I am still using it.
Great! I recommend this app to everyone that I talk to about pull ups. The only thing that would make it better is a notification when it is time to do them. I use a repeating task in Astrid to remind me, so it works out just fine.
Excellent app. I hit twenty five then started over again wearing a weight vest. Sorry to see others can't figure out how to do more than 25 on own
Worked well for me Just done 10 in a row. Feels a long way from the pathetic three I could manage a few weeks ago! Highly recommended
Works! I used this to go from 3 to 7 pull-ups in a few weeks (before suffering an unrelated shoulder injury) I would strongly recommend this app if you're capable of doing a small number of complete pull-ups
Great usability, but the formula could be tweaked. Good to use with a minimum of fuss, I've seen good results in the couple of weeks I've been using this. Number handling could be better, though. These comments apply to Push Ups as well. There's a discrepancy between the maximum performance and the training prescription sometimes, more noticeably so in Push Ups. (That is, based on the training sets you're doing, the program tends to be on the optimistic side when predicting your max.) Also, why exactly five sets for pull ups? Especially when doing comparatively few reps, say 15 per session, I'd say you'd see better results with six or even seven sets, but fewer reps. In addition to this, since the first one or two sets are the quickest to improve, it seems strange to start on a 2 and end on a 4 (which was my 16-session).
Good but too basic It's an ok app. Needs a log, option to go up or down levels. And other minor tweeks. But hey it's ok for free.
Life long goal almost achieved! I have always wanted to be able to do 25 continuous pull-ups but lacked the discipline. This easy to use apps is helping me to get there!
Love to hate this app. & it has nothing to do with the app itself, but how few of these I can do. I'm getting better. used the other 3 apps and love them all.
Very much reccomend i used this.app to.go.from 12. to 26 max reps. much easier to live with than the atmstrong program from the sixties. and I think flexible. I would add some videos on form and.different types of pull up to.make it perfect. but its free so its.perfect value.already.
Nice but Questions I have only been using this for a couple of days and could already do quite a few pull ups, it seems taxing on the arms which is good, but how long will it take to meet the goals set on the app. To get from 20-25 pull ups how many weeks will it take. This also goes for the Push Ups app, can someone help me by giving me some max. reps to goal max reps time frame?
Good It's good although sometimes it just progresses to fast. To people who want to do more than 25: you are pretty much wasting your time. When you can do that many, you should start with weighted pull ups.
very useful I like this app because it makes me do pull ups. It would be cool, if all 4 apps were integrated into one and if the app would notify me, when I had to practice.
Simple yet effective! I really appreciate simple apps that don't take up lots of space or need access to lots of stuff on my phone. This definitely will increase the number of pull ups you can do if you use it regularly. Great personal trainer!
For all those easily hitting the 25 limit, grab a weight vest or weight belt then start over. Caution needed, build up slowly from low weight.
Shorten the time intervals If not able to do targeted number of continous excercises, shorten the time interval b/w repetitions by hitting "continue" button & keep on working...
I'm a Chiropractor and have all the Rittr Labs apps that I can find. I Also recommend them to everyone. Now if I only had one for dips !
Awesome! I could do 5 pull ups and I couldn't do more then that for months but then I got this app and then I was getting 10 straight then 15 then 20 IN A MONTH!
Nice app It would be nice to have the possibility to get back a few trainigs in case of a longer time between trainings (e.g. after sickness)
Well done and simple The progress is smooth and adaptable, the reps well implemented. Would be nice to have only one app for many exercises, have record/stats of the progress and even have the possibility for personalized exercises (other than push sit pull ups and squats). Other idea of development, an alarm at the end of the rest time.
Awesome This is by far the best app I've used for pull-ups. Simple (but slightly outdated) UI.
Love this, pushed me just right amount, much better than self regulating as I wasn't doing enough and quit too easily. Reached my goal in 4th week.
Awesome app just like the rest, two points: integrate all into one app, more than 25 pull ups as a max target eg 100
Perfect! Saw huge gains to my pull UPS and the size of my arms, especially when paired with dips. Used all three apps and saw great results to my upper body and legs. Killer app.
Good....kinda 25! Thats it can already do 25, I wish it would go up to 125 like the pushups app. That would be an achievement.
Good piece I like it a lot, but should have liked it even better if the 4 small apps where tied together.
Great app Day 1 was able to do 2 pull ups in a row 3 months latter doing 10 in a row with 35lbs extra weight strapped on. A+ thanks to the Creator of the app.
