Its very good but lack a few things used to do 10 and couldn't past this number. After that I ended up not passing the number 8. I started using this app and it put so little reps per day that I don't even tire myself with these 5 sets. I made all the progress in one day and in the end of it manage to do 15 with a bit of struggle. The program should in some way ask if I want to do more or something. Another thing that lacks is to teach how to maintain without the app. Other than that, did an amazing job.
Love it, but needs sound control I love all of this developers exercise apps, but they all have the same flaw: There is no way to turn off or turn down audio cues. I use my phone to listen to music when I work out, and that whistle rattles my brain everytime it goes off. Fix this one thing and it's pretty much perfect. Be honest with how you feel after a workout and it'll keep you at the right pace to reach your goal without going overboard. Works great!
Could be good All these apps from this developer would be five stars, except the difficulty curve is way too steep. Even if you tell these fitness apps that the asked reps was too difficult, it will ignore you completely and give you just as many next time, (The app should reset the difficulty of the reps back 2 to 4 days for example). This makes these apps next to useless after a few days because of this difficulty curve.
Small Tweaks Being able to track reps within a failed attempt would be a great improvement. For instance if the App calls for six pull ups and you are only able to do 4, then get the other 2 shortly after, and the following week you get 5 then rest and get 1. This information would be useful in tracking progression.
Nice job great app Love this app, we put a pull up bar in the backyard a few months ago and i would just do as many as i can never got past 5. Didnt know you need to rest between sets, know i do XD Thanks developers Good job to! :)
Worthless This app is stupid. How does it recommend you train to do 10 pullups in a row? Start by doing 11 pullups each day. Duh, thanks a lot! No other training is given. Train to do pullups by doing more pullups. Idiotically simplistic.
