Very good app. I like to pick and choose exercises . As if one exercise I not like then won't do any but if not mind them will do them till stronger then do squats etc I hate and feel better and stronger.
Great collection I switched from Windows Phone to Android a month ago. Everything was great except I was not able to find alternate of '6 week training' app. Finally, somehow I come across aps from you guys. I have install Sit ups, Squats and Push ups app and bingo! I have an alternative now. Not as intuitive as that one, but somehow severs the same purpose. I wish you guys take inspiration from them and create a similar app like it where we can track all activity at one place.
Needs to add different types of training days There are no easy and normal training days, only hard. I can't progress every time, I need restoration days with light trainings. Don't know about others.
Love it! Using this app since last summer has given me amazing abs!! But not gross female abs. Lol I quit for a few months but came right back to it. So I'm not the best at sticking with workouts either. I love love love it. With a good cardio it has given me a body I thought was only possible in my dreams
Great I got this app on my Xperia Ray and is great. I also have the push-ups and squats. Incredibly simple and easy to use. I used to do 60 sit-ups but then I stopped doing them so i could only do 12 but now i'm doing 30 which is a great improvement. Will continue using this simple app!
Good, BUT Good: No bells, whistles, very competent. NO ADS. BAD: No graphs, little ability to tweak. App is very aggressive on sit-ups to perform, perhaps too much so.
- possibility to share exercise feedback with developers
- ability to post progress to Facebook
- fixed an issue with the user interface that was occurring on some Android 1.6 devices
