Getting you to doing 100, 150, 200 or 250 squats in a row -- that is what the Squats fitness app is all about.
Think of the Squats app as your personal fitness trainer that is going to help you build up the strength to complete those 100, 150, 200 or 250 continuous squats within a short few days or weeks, depending on your level of fitness.
Just like a real personal fitness trainer, the Squats app adjusts the exercise regimen based on your feedback how taxing you think the individual exercises are. That way, you can continue towards your fitness goal at your very own pace.

Reminders?! What is with everyone wanting reminders. This is an Android app. Doesn't your device come with a calendar?! If you're serious about improving your performance, you don't need to be reminded. Nobody has to 'remind' you to eat. It's fine just the way it is. Could use a bigger "Done" button though. I like to slap it on my last rep.

Great app App is great but in my opinion it's missing two important features. First one is support for big screens - it looks blurry on my s3 and doesn't fill the whole screen. Second - it would be really nice to be able to choose a certain time of day when the app would send you a notification to remind you to do the workout

Great app It's handy for building up tolerance. I can now do 250 squats in a row. It can be time consuming but it works so is worth it. The only bad thing I would say is it doesn't tell you how to do a squat with good form, which can cause people injuries if they do it wrong, so YouTube it before you start.

Good simple app but... Went through the plan and was doing about 30 squats at a time. Got up to doing this 8 times in a session then it said congratulations you should now be able to do 100 in a row?!? Ha. I was only just making it through the 30 at a time... But it is a decent program

Perfect for Squats - NO PERMISSIONS This is a very simple app. Asks you what your goal for squats is, up to 250 a day and gives you a different level of squats to do per day. I really like the app because it doesn't request or need unessecary permissions.

Droid Pro-good interval trainer but Droid Pro-good interval trainer but i think it miss-calculates a beginners ability. I'm a fat guy and beginner so here's my take: it asks me to do as many as I can do, then it calculates the daily amount which will be separated into 5 sets which are done with only 1 minute apart from each set, similar to tabata training. I was unable to keep up so I think there should be levels such as beginner, intermediate and advanced. Just a suggestion from a out of shape fat guy, this app might work great for jocks :-)

Tired of cheese I used to be called all sorts of names before I downloaded this app. Now all my online friends, who are better than real ones because you can see their profile, call me Flasbu.
Great app. This app, as well as the companion apps, are simple but great apps for working your way into a routine. There aren't as many features as some other apps but if you are getting back into a routine and aren't sure that you'll keep up with it, this is the app to get to test your commitment.
No frills, no adds, just a work out If you're horribly out of shape like me and you enjoy a very simple no frills, no adds app, this is a good choice. Very simple instructions, challenging steps per session. At the end of each exercise it gives you the option of slowing down, speeding up, or keeping the normal progression of the next exercise. I've been using this app, the push up and sit up app from the same makers for two weeks straight and it has not disappointed me. You just have to stick with it.
Screen goes black My screen turns black when trying to go to the third day. I really like this app. Anyone know what's causing this? I'm on a nexus 4
Good app Clean and a very simple interface. Keeps logs and keeps u motiavted. Recommend an additional feature in which age, height and weight is taken by the app and show the approx number of calories burnt. Also there should be a feature in which one can do random number of squats which gets added to the log besides the "daily quota" to be completed
I use it all the time! I love this app, I use this one and the sit ups all the time. I was wondering if you guys could add a lunges app too though? That would be amazing! :D
Loving it! I love how this app measures your physical condition and adjusts the intensity as you go. I would like to see additional exercises added or an app that let's you add your own exercises. As it is, it is a huge help for me.
I use this everyday It was hard at first but once u get to doin them everyday you'll get use to them but I messed up by stopping for a week & I just started back today & yes im paying for it like hell but when the summer comes my legs will be all good baby")") & I can't wait to go to Miami & Vegas LBVFS
nice looking, smooth running app, with a quirky start only one quirk about this app - it expects you to perform your max-till-exhaustion sit up to enter as a gauge, and immediately prompts you to start with the first day's routine that equals almost what you just performed. clearly if you take it at face value you wont be able to perform it if you indeed just did your max and are barely standing.. so its either sloppy programming without actual unit testing, or missing a communication splash screens telling you to to rest, or start the next day, or something of equivalent.
Simply Effective Great app! So easy to use. I love the feedback request after the workout. I show the countdown to my toddler. I am going to get the push-ups app right now!
Great app I also have push-ups and squats on my Xperia and runs smoothly and is so simple to use. Got me doing 28 from 11 on my first try. I am aiming towards my goal of 100 which I am more than confident ill be able to achieve!
Excellent app This app is very effective. I like the way it accepts feedback and adjusts the workouts. I like the individual apps for each exercise. I wouldn't mind having all the exercises in one app (as another reviewer suggested) as long as you can select which exercises to do. It would be nice if the reps were included in the log and not just the total.
Awesome! I have been using this for just over a month, doing it three days per week. I like it. My only complaint is that it assumes one already knows how to do squats and it does not recommend any foot positions. Otherwise it is really good.
Needs to add different types of training days There are no easy and normal training days, only hard. I can't progress every time, I need restoration days with light trainings. Don't know about others.
Excellent Great app. If you really want to maximize on days you cant make the gym, hold some weight and always select (too easy). Your legs will reach RM giving you an awesome workout. ++++++++++1
This app kept me going! At first i wasn't able to even do 20 squats without getting exhausted! Now i can do 100+ squats in one day! I feel it in my butt and ESPECIALLY in my thighs. I love this. I just installed it maybe a week ago. I use it everyday and love it. Thanks so much!
Lunges please! I agree with Kayla Gales.. These apps are great, lunges would just be another addition to be thankful for.(:
Great app for motivating me to exercise! This app (and the dev's others, too) is great for actually giving me a target to aim for when doing sit ups, push ups, or squats! Would be great if it could actually remind me when I forget to do them, too!
Well done The first time was hard, but I can see me and the app will become buddies in the future. It's done well and helps you get the excercises done in a way that doesn't tire you too much. Hopefully I'll get the results I want if I keep using this.
Very good app had it before .than I let it go. to try other leg workout app. but I came back to this app .this squat app really works my legs look better and fill stronger thanks!
Awesome app All rittr apps are thr greatest they have gotten me in best shape of my life im their biggest fan keep up the good work
Love it! Day one. I will definitely be able to stick to doing this every day. Could u guys make a lunges ap as well PLEASE :)
Love this it really does work u just gotta do it every day. I was doin it & my silly self stop
Competitive I'm super competitive. So when I saw this I was like YES! A workout app you can complete and win! So then I saw the pushups and situps.. so of course I downloaded those too! Plus this takes me maybe 10 minutes to complete all 3! LOVE.
Love it!!!just tried it.. I will absolutely keep using it n going to download all the other ones by rittr right now :) galaxy s2
In love with this app super ez really have help me in preparing for the police academy in Aug i am going to show the guys out I woop woop girl power
Good piece I like it a lot, but should have liked it even better if the 4 small apps where tied together.
I'm a Chiropractor and have all the Rittr Labs apps that I can find. I Also recommend them to everyone. Now if I only had one for dips !
Great! Do lunges with you squats! After my set of squats during my "rest time" i do the same number of lunges as squats i just did.
Great But you should be able to combine the three apps of squats pushups and situps into one app so you can switch between each break and go from situps to squats and then pushups
Really good I really liked it but I wanted the option of lunges which I have to do in another day of the app. I wish there was an option to do more on the same day because only 5 sets per day it's not enough for me
Squats Amazing just wish all 4 small apps could be joined and have a log book, maybe a routine page aswell
Useful The app can feel a bit monotonous and it would be better if u could have all there fitness apps together as 1 but all in all its really effective especially if u like progression and if u keep working at it and take rest days in between eventually it'll pay off
samsung galaxy s3 this app is really good! it lets you have 1:30 minute breaks and it is easier to worn than other fitness apps!
