The ChallengeMe app helps you to set challenges for yourself to improve your health and wellbeing in four key areas: Stress, Activity, Nutrition and Sleep.
A fun app of daily challenges that is simple and easy to use
• Pick an activity: Shake your phone, or click the START and STOP buttons to randomly choose an activity in one of the four key areas.
• Learn about the activity: Get information that you may not already know about why to do this activity.
• Schedule the activity: Some activities are one-offs and some should be completed once a day for seven days. Pick from a calendar when you plan to do the activity. The ChallengeMe app will send you daily reminders to help you remember what you have planned to do.
• Review your planned activities: ChallengeMe lets you see a calendar of your planned and completed activities, so you can review the instructions relating to them.
• Earn medals for your results: Once you have completed the activity, set the activity to ‘Complete’ in your activity calendar. ChallengeMe remembers your results and lets you earn medals for your hard work. Go to the Medals page to see how well you have done so far.
