Great tool for workouts Plenty of features and very flexible. Interface could use a little work, but if you're the type of person that can look past that and check what something really has to offer, you'll see how functional and powerful this little app is. Outside of a separate stopwatch/Tabata timer I sometimes use and great motivation music, this is the best gym-workout tool I've seen yet. You're not limited to the exercises they have listed, though that can help - you can add your own, set duration timers, etc.
great app! have been using this for a month now. still learning about other minor options this app has. i love that it is so customisable.
Simple and effective Program is layed out well for the most part, and entering custom exercises is easy. Suggestions for making it better: Integration with Withings for weight tracking would be nice. Access to the charts could be a little more intuitive, as they are buried under tools menu. A spinner widget for entering reps would be easier than the manual text entry.
So far so good, simple, I like it. I've just started using it so my ranking my change over time. I have a question: is there a way to have sets setup for example instead of 3 sets of pushups folowed by 3 sets of crunches folowed by 3 sets of squats, is it possible to set it up so you do pushups+crunches+squats 3 times?

Ok Nice idea, needs to be quicker and essier to use whilst trying to record on the move.
1. Function added: "Copy day history" in the training day history view

3. Fixed an issue where in some cases the order of the exercises in the history of the workout wrong
4. Added the ability to edit the sets and reps in the day history
5. Training day comment is displayed on the day history view
