This App has been developed by Ramakrishna Math, Bull Temple Road, Bengaluru to facilitate the spreading of the life-giving message of Swami Vivekananda.

The 150th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Swami Vivekananda has just been concluded and has created tremendous awareness of the relevance of his life and message.

To carry this message forward to the individual level, this App has been designed to reach the mobile screen of the recipients and further to their hearts and minds.

A selection of the sayings of Swami Vivekananda on various topics are available. Along with the text, an audio snippet has also been added. References to the Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda in 9 Volumes have also been included.

The audio files in this application is not original voice of Swami Vivekananda. These are pre-recorded audio files.

It is our earnest hope that, as each one of you read the text and listen to the snippet, you will be inspired to read further and become a blessing to yourselves and to the society in which we live.

Romain Rolland, the French biographer of the Swami has this to say:
“I cannot touch these sayings of his, scattered as they are through the pages of books at thirty years' distance, without receiving a thrill through my body like an electric shock. And what shocks, what transports must have been produced when in burning words they issued from the lips of the hero!”

This app is very nice. I use it in hindi language. Voice actor has also done great. His voice is amazing. I admire swami vivekanand a lot🙏. Being able to hear his speeches at one place was bliss. One suggestion- in one segment, one can hear only one quote at a time. Can we have option where all the quotes can play one after another- like a playlist?

Good app but more concerns about the permissions given. This app requires permission of media , call data , WiFi data , browsing data that includes able to see history's and cookies etc. Strqnge , Developers of this app needs something more than just a media permission for this app. Are they breaching privacy of the citizens ? I wonder what they are accessing ? I can say there's no requirement for such permissions to be Given for such a simple application.

I think it is very good to have in various languages. I think should have in more number of languages so that people can get benefit from it. Eventually very helpful app.
