Worst bookie app ever - once logged in, press pretty much any link and it logs you out again. Must have had to login 20 times in past 15 mins. Also, plenty of areas just freeze (pick 8 for example). Basically, take your £30 of free bets, then go somewhere else till they sort this app out. On plus point, I did get my £600 withdrawal in a timely manner. I'd like to use this site, but just don't have the time to login multiple times EVERY TIME I WANT TO PLACE A BET. C'mon man!

Signed up to 888 online before discovering the app. Either way you choose to use it's an extremely disappointing experience, one of the worst betting apps I've used. No cash out option (if there is I have absoutely no idea how to find it). No notification option for current bets, nor can you see current scores when you look at your bet slip, you have to individually click everything which is an absoute pain for accas. Miles away from other companies, also forced to deposit £20 as first deposit

Signed up for an account and straight away told I'm not eligible for any promotions or a new customer offer. I really don't understand why, no explanation either from customer service. Just tough basically! Needless to say I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. There's no point asking me to look in the help section. Your customer services have made it pretty clear.
