App doesn't update in real time, I'll get notifications, then open the app and nothing is there. I have to keep force closing multiple times until it refreshes. It also keeps sending out false notifications, eg I will frequently get "medicine updated" notifications, but it keeps removing and adding the same medication I am on. I am using it because I have no choice since my clinic uses this system. But it's a terrible app.

Not receiving push notifications and read messages are not clearing in app as "read". Also, I'm unable to confirm scheduled appointments in app. Will not take me to appointments when click on "confirm your appointments". Cleared cache as well as logged in/out.

This app works when it feels like it. I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to allow me to sign in. Every. Single. Time. Hiew am I supposed to stay in contact with my doctors if this app doesn't work? This is an abomination of an app. It needs a whole rehaul.
