The Mr.Patrol application allows you to monitor your cameras online. It is easily to use and designed to make your surveillance solution to be simplified. Terrible and Sporadic Service! Had ADT for years and NEVER a problem. Changed to this APP to save money but can't be depended on. Works only a handful of times throughout the week. Most undependable APP and service I have ever seen . Why would anyone use this! Worst and costliest mistake I have ever made! NEVER ever download this APP! No customer service at all! Even the installer keeps making excuses. Total waste of money!!

Great app that is both reliable and easy to use. I have this setup for our cameras at our office and it makes seeing those remotely if needed simple. Navigating playback to review footage or taking a screenshot of something suspicious is very handy. A lot of reviews seem to not understand some networking issues. Ports can close for a lot of different reasons, it is not the apps fault. As long as the credentials are correct this app works flawlessly.

Constantly not working properly very annoying when you want to check up on things and you can't because it tells you invalid port and then a month later it starts working again. Never again epic fail and annoying. When it does work it's good, why this is a ongoing issue? This should have been fixed with the update on 11/2018.
