Perpetual Budget is a web application for department level budgeting and integrated spend management. It is a field-proven technology used by Fortune 100 companies for over 10 years. The budgeting aspect is project-centric where each budget contains accounts and projects to project, measure and report on the organization’s performance. Projects track the outside spend and manage a collaborative purchase order system involving the role Users of the system.
Each system User has an assigned Role and Permissions to access appropriate layers of the financial model. The Vendor Managers, Project Managers and Budget Admins work together in Roles to manage a bid and purchase order system that is in-line with the project budgets.
PBmobile is a smart phone App for iOS and Android cell phones and is used to manage the approval process for all transactions initiated on the web application. Estimate review and approval, invoice approval and order increase approvals are all handled by the mobile app. Notifications alert the User to take action on real-time transactions. Updating of the web database is also real-time so all Role Users are working on the same dataset.
The mobile app is self-guiding and intuitive eliminating the need for training. A Help document is online for step-by-step directions on using the app.
