Tovak Driver helps tow truck operators and roadside assistance providers handle customer requests. Find suitable towing jobs nearby, send your quote and arrival estimate, contact the customer and manage the job through completion.

Towing jobs and roadside requests
View pickup and destination addresses, vehicle information, the customer's description and loading conditions. Check any attached photos before deciding whether to send an offer.

Send your own quote
Enter the total price, estimated time to arrival and service terms. Customers review the offers they receive and choose a provider. If the job changes, request approval for a new price from the order screen.

Customer contact and navigation
Once you are assigned to a job, call the customer directly from the app. Open directions to the pickup and delivery locations using your chosen navigation app. Save your navigator preference in settings for future routes.

Manage each stage of the job
- Review the request, vehicle details and photos.
- Quote your price and arrival time.
- Access customer contact details after assignment.
- Mark when you are on the way, have arrived and have completed the job.
- Find completed orders in your job history.

Location sharing for nearby work
Turn on location sharing to update your provider location and help match suitable requests. The home screen shows the sharing state and the last confirmation received from the server.

The app uses your location, including in the background, while sharing is enabled. Location and notification setup is available in the app, and you can stop sharing from the home screen.

For registered Tovak providers
Sign in with your provider profile and the password sent after registration. Use in-app support if you need help signing in.

Tovak Driver is designed for towing and roadside assistance work. Job availability depends on your area, services and customer demand. To request help for your own vehicle, use the Tovak customer app.

Ratings and reviews

This app does not benefit you at all. I have no received one service call in the 8 months that I had it on my phone and had embedded their code onto my website. I found out that the creater of this app is the one that uses the code to steal business from you. When customers call your number by click on your website the embedded code then forwards the calls to the app owners phone and he gets the business and not you.

Been running the app for twodays now and I'm not impressed at all. I'm just about to delete it. I don't know how people rate it 5 stars when it isn't. I think the reviews are fake.

So far so good. Just started using this app as a provider, haven't gotten any jobs yet but it has only been about 10 mins. So far it seems good. Once I revive a job I Wil rate 5 stars.
