Ratings and reviews

As someone who has been playing for the past 11 years, I feel like I'm obligated to say that this is one of the best platforms out there, otherwise I never would've been playing this long. That aside, there are quite a few issues regarding connection. I'm on a brand new phone, a 2025 MotoG Stylus 5G, but it almost always kicks me using error code 279, when there is no problem with my Wi-Fi. Please, fix this, otherwise my rating will keep going down.

I love this game so much!! I play it every day and every night with my besties and sibs! I just love that there are so many game options, something that fits everyone! It's very customizable, and even with no Robux the free stuff is fun as well!! One thing I would add if I could is more and better free clothing! And maybe more control on tagging. But other than that stuff, this game is definitely a 5/5!!

I've been playing on my phone for a while and it worked perfectly before but then I got an update and everything has been broken I can't load the app, and when it does load, I can't play any games because the servers can't connect to my device please fix this. (TW:crashout) Also if you remove classic clothing you will lose money and will lose most of your players and stop "modernizing" the game it's not needed and at this point I feel like you're trying to kill the game.
