This app and it's compatible meters are a lifesaver for me. Running smooth for a couple of months. Only problem is that the "latest reading" screen stopped updating on transfer from my Guide meter. I have to go into the diary, and access the advisor from there. Inconvenient, but not unworkable.
This app would be perfect except for a couple items. First, the time between taking the blood sugar and submitting how many carbs you may plan on eating is too short. Secondly (major issue) the app is forcing my bluetooth to shut down within minutes of forcing it on. I use Bluetooth for other devices an need it to remain on at all times.
This blows my circuits! Why is it only compatible ONLY with high end devices? Sorry I can't afford an iPhone 10 witch is 999.99 some people can't have jobs or afford it.
App does not work. I called and was told a new app would be available sometime? I walked through the download process with comp rep and was told to wait for new app. That was early Sept an still no update. Why come out with an app that does not work!
Ever since your update on 9/7/17, I haven't been able to connect the meter to my phone. What happened?
