No wired love? It would be 5 ★ if it worked over a wired Ethernet connection as well. Works great otherwise, didn't need a computer connection to setup myself. Using it for the Android TV Nexus Player.
Perfect, so easy to use. One of my testing phones usb data connection crapped out, and this works perfect. -If its asking for root permisson too much, superuser can grant permission automatically.
Constantly asks for root when not in use Maybe it's just me, but this seems to ask for root when I'm doing something else entirely. That sets off alarm bells for me. Works great otherwise.
Requires hard computer connection before it works It works and did what I wanted. Thank you, developer. But a word of caution. It would just keep giving me the error "device is offline" even though it would say connected. It took me awhile to figure out that you must first plug your phone into your computer via wired cable to get Android to allow the computers RSA. Maybe it's just me, I dunno. But this app refused to work until I did that. After doing so, I was then able to disconnect the wired cable and use this app wirelessly. It would have been nice if the "help" file had mentioned this hard-wired requirement so I didn't have to waste 30 minutes of my time trying to troubleshoot. Maybe the dev thinks that is knowledge everyone should already have, and maybe he/she is right. Oh well. WIn7x64 & Galaxy S4 i9505G Google Edition 4.3 ROM. Anyways, the app is super cool and effortlessly easy to use other than that one annoying bump in the road. EDIT: updating to 5 stars due to the QUICK developer response below. A+
