About this game

Five years ago, Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it’s the early 90’s. Carl’s got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.

I would like to give a way better review, I loved the game back on PC and this version looks like a very impressive port - everything seems to be here and working! Except that it's just not playable... the touch control works a bit, and allows to move, somewhat drive, somewhat shoot, but they are really not an option when you are on missions where you need to actually be able to drive with precision, shoot, run, hide... Bottom line: don't buy it until they fix the gamepad compatibility in-game.

Really good game, only one thing bugs me, the flick, or analog when driving a car should always be under the dry by option at the same level as the gas/break. The fact that you put them over the drive by buttons, makes me accidentally shoot wayy too often which next to cops is a problem. It's too bad because sometimes it really ruins the gameplay. Buttons are also a bit small, easy to miss especially on the mission on the beach with OG Loc.

A little bit of a rocky start. Wasn't sure how to set up my bluetooth controller (an sn30 pro, and I didn't have to, it immeadietly recognized it) and was experiencing glitches until I followed instructions and "loaded" instead of hitting "resume." It's pretty much like the original, doesn't look like it, but it runs great on my fire hd 8. If you don't know what that is, it the second cheapest tablet on the market. Highly recommend the game.
