they stole my money. talk to customer service all they do is send me an email that says oh we're having our texts look at it and then after a week of nothing they say all since we haven't talked to you we're going to close this ticket never fixed anything I can't cash out take this as a warning

it keeps making me reset my password when I know for a fact I'm typing the correct one in. fix it.

Phone w/ old wallet not upgradable to new wallet. New phone w/ fully verified account. Now what? No reply to my email:(😔
