Works like it should I've been using GLH for years, they're a proper cab company with good cars and good drivers. This app is great (I'm not an account holder - so i book and pay cash).I've used the app for all my bookings since the app became available, all without a hitch. One improvement i would like is some kind of acknowledgement of the booking, a text perhaps. Or better in app acknowledgement. It just feels a little odd not getting this. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars!
rude male on other end of phone booking I booked a cab the night before for early morning pickup. when it didn't turn up I phoned as was getting worried I wouldn't make my train on time and the male that answered the phone was very rude to me when I asked were my cab was. I cancelled and used different cab office . I will never use GLH again
Doesnt recognise my account on the App Doesn't recognise my account using the app. Pointless and annoying. What's supposed to be quick and easy is useless and lenghty
Just becareful for picking up from airports would became very expensive.waiting time+carpark ticket money +coming to airport money is extra.but otherwise picking up from home is great.cars very clean and drivers are very polite.👌
