Love this! Only used it twice so far but work outs both got me a good work out that left me sore. I don't think the app should have a timer to move on, I like going at my own pace, and continuing on when I am ready (I'm saying this because of other reviews suggesting there be a timer). I also love that I can log reps and it saves the date of the last time I did each work out.
A lil idea This app would be even better if there was a voice to count down and tell you to change into the next workout or move... but overall nice!
When u select workout option, it keeps on giving pop ups for ads. It doesn't even allow you to select the area.
Only 5 workouts? When I originally downloaded this app, I loved it. There were 2 workouts with 8 or more exercises and more with 4 or 5 moves that left me feeling that I had gotten a great session done. Two years later, I need help getting restarted so I go back to my favorite friendly app. Its been GUTTED and only has 5 workouts left. I'm afraid this doesn't feel helpful to me anymore. :(
Highly recommended! This app has categories for every "problem area" that you may see on your body, as well as step by step instructions and pictures for the workouts, and workout routines.
Horrible Can't even use the app. Will not open up to access the program keeps bringing up a page not found screen.
