• Download and install the Rogers Xfinity app on your smartphone
• Launch the app and sign in using your MyRogers username and password
• Select “Remember username” for even faster sign-in next time

Absolutely terrible app. Every time I try to log in, it just gets stuck in an endless loop. Permissions are ok, reinstalled done, cleared the cache, and nothing helps. Before the update to Rogers Xfinity, it worked fine on my Samsung Fold 5. I even had my spouse install the app on their Samsung Flip 5, and it works perfectly fine, which means the app isn’t compatible with my device. It feels like the app was released without any proper testing just like your routers. Extremely disappointing.
