Realtime Trip Status Monitor Track delays, train statuses, trip planner and tracker, and more. Has a nap alarm.
Not loading now? I try to set a Metro Rail trip and it stalls won't load trips or stations now. Sill freezing not responding? I'll record a screen video or upload it to YouTube for all to see what I see on my Note 4... O.K I got this update on my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 first now on my Galexy Note 4. It looks great and functions much better than before. I'll try it out during the work week and let you know then.
Not intuitive to use I prefer DC Metro Transit for simplicity, load time, and it also includes buses. This app needs a legend for the heat maps. Does red mean long wait times at that station? If not, what? Setting up trips to track is not intuitive; a help file would be useful. Also: SV line not appearing in trackable trips to /from Eastern Market.
Needs work. Bad iPhone port. Crashes when trying to go to the settings page. In fact, you have to click on the iPhone-styled menu button and select settings to attempt this. Once you do, the settings page loads for a brief second and then the app crashes. The Android overflow menu button lists settings underneath, but it doesn't actually do anything. This just seems to be a poorly ported iPhone app that has a lot of potential, but it needs to be redesigned for Android.
Used to be better. Horror performance issues Was great. Only app I know that shows you where all the trains are on the line but now this crashes frequently. The red line page has no scrollbar so I can't see down to silver spring. Fixes needed badly.
Needs more work This app works on a hit-or-miss occasion. Usually on a miss. It regularly Misses alerting at the destination..Unfortunately, you need to pick your arrival train before you actually get on the train...this is not always possible. Please allow the ability to pick the arrival train after boarding...the app shows the future trains, have it also show past trains. This way we can select the arrival train prior to the hassle of getting onto the train. Other than that, this thing works great on my Samsung Note 8.
