So I'm trying to buy comics and every time I try to do the 3d verificatation it says I'm denied. It's my card that I'm using so I don't get what's the problem. I've bought comics before and never had this problem. HELP

The story and everything is okay,but i just can't sign in, whenever i tried to sign in they always said to use a valid email.So,i thought that i have to sign up again, but when i tried signing up again it said that i already have an account so i tried again but it just kept telling me the same thing.Will u fix this problem please? And also i hope that we don't need coins to read every chapter😊

Interesting webtoons. But $0.99 for a chapter. Most good webtoons are 40+ chapters. So $40+ for an entire webtoon? Hahahahahaha - no. I'd be OK with spending $10 for an entire webtoon. $15? Maybe. $20 or more and you're pushing it. Not even hardcover books cost $40. Supporting your artists I agree with, but you're not doing much supporting if no money comes in. I guarantee you guys would be better funded if you looked at the payment rates for comic apps like tapas, where I have spent my money on multiple webtoons. Listen to your consumers.

The app is buggy. It says something is supposed to be on free rotation on 6/23/17. It is now 6/24 and it's still locked

I like this app. I believe this app is downrated mostly because readers feel they have to pay for the chapters. But if you don't want to pay or don't have the money to pay for the chapters all you have to do is wait for the free rotations. You either pay or be patient.

I want to read more but needs to pay. However upon trying to sign in, nothing was successful. Hence i dont feel save paying for anything here. I may end up paying and not getting anything. Pls fix this problem

The comics are pretty good but $0.99 for a chapter ? This is too much. If it is $0.99 for the app itself with all the chapters being free , it will be worth it.

I have no qualms paying money for good comics and manga, but why can't you use a subscription system like every other provider content? To repeatedly and consciously have to pay money every week just to see a new released chapter is a pain! I would be willing to pay a little bit more each month in order to have total access.

Is a great app after the update, where they bring in golden keys to unlocked episodes. There are many interesting story too. However one problem though, there are cases where stories are suppose to be unlocked on the previous days are still lock. Can you help to troubleshoot this matter?

You have to buy to the all the chapters!? I mean the stories are good but where am i going to het money for chapters? Also i dont recommend thid bcs it only give you oneor three maybe i Dunno chapters then the rest pay! I think webtoons is better

I understand the money part but come on. I don't wanna always pay, I'm not made of money. I want to be able to enjoy comics WITHOUT always paying for EVERY single episode. It's anoying. Maybe you should have them pay for the ENTIRE comic instead of just ONE episode.

If u have no problem with money, you can get good stories here. If you are looking for real free comic app, i recommend WEBTOON. I know that this app is supporting the artist, right? Would u mind supporting your customers' side as well? $ .99 per episode is still a fortune. Would u mind to lower it big time? $.99 per 10 or 20 episodes. Anyway, these stories will last forever. In the beginning is difficult, but in the long run, this will be profitable.

Hi! Like the majority of people here, the only disadvantage for this app is the part where you have to pay....I realize that we're supporting the authors and all, but I personally wish that I could just buy a real life copy for these works instead of just an ebook format because of the high prices. Until then, would you guys ever consider doing something like monthly membership instead of charging for individual stories and chapters? In my opinion, I feel like that would be much more user friendly and people would probably be much more willing to pay you money to be honest. In the meantime, I will keep the app in case some worthwhile updates do develop! ;D Thanks!

A better option than making someone buy all the chapters is to set up a donating system. Honestly this app has given me frustrations after frustrations...

It takes hours to create a comic, please stop complaining and support creators. I feel like if there was an ad based system where you could earn new chapters by watching advertisements, similar to Tapas, a lot of negative backlash would stop.

Ive logged into this with all of my accounts and everytime I try to log in it says, "Valid email/password" when I typed in the correct email and password. It frustrates me bc when I try and verify my email I never get a notification, then all over again, I try to sign in which doesn't work bc I couldn't verify my account. ☡FIX THIS PLEASE, SOON IN FACT☡

I love the stories and I don't mind buying episodes but after I had bought a bundle of episode for the first time even though they took my money I couldn't see the locked episodes. So I had emailed them just like it said and I still haven't heard from them and I still can't see the episodes and it's been days and I have emailed them every day since the transaction and still no response.

It keeps asking me to upgrade to the latest version. I tried once but there's no option for upgrading. So I uninstalled my app and redownloaded it but it still won't work. Please fix this so I can read the subscribed story!!!

I set up many different accounts to try and sign in. I tried many times and nothing. This frustrated me.

I am reluctant to spend money buying chapters, when I go see the bundle is one price than come back a couple of hours later to see that it's different.... kind of sketchy to be perfectly honest

You have to pay for it (it's also expensive). I get where the money is going but webtoon you can get stories from artist for free. Will be Uninstalling and will not be recommendingm

I'm 17 and i don't have the money to pay for all these episodes. I had high hopes it would be like webtoons but better. I'm dissapointed

So if you have the same problem, just contact them! I'm sure they'll help! C: Spottoon has a bunch of really great stories to read! From romance to... well, I've only read the romance things so far, and I am lovin' it!! (Although it might be a bit pricey if you can't wait for the "free rotation cycle" thingy.) Now... you might all know that it's $0.99 a chapter, but as they say, it's for the artists and translators... so it's not too bad of an investment. At least for that, I don't mind having to use money. BUT... (and please correct me if I'm wrong about this) you have a TIME LIMIT on the chapters you buy?! Sure, it's a limit that lasts for a year, but does that mean I have to repurchase something--that I've already bought--again a year later? I might as well wait for the free cycle rotations... Nonetheless, Spottoon has really good stories, to read. So I would recommend you to download it... even if you'd probably have to wait quite a while for some of the chapters... Oh! But if you're looking for more good apps with good stories that are free (or free-ish... c:) I would recommend Webtoons or Tapastic. Tapastic has this cool ad-watching feature that allows you to get the coins to unlock the chapters. And guess what? Those chapters don't have time limits!! \( ^w^)/

I like this app but when I want sign in it's can't. it's always show "please enter a valid email address/ password." I already sign up but it's can't sign in.

You know that little blue squirrel thing that plays on the loading screen, it's annoying and unnecessary.

Love this app, always have. I'm having a problem, though. The episode that should have been unlocked yesterday is still locked today. :/

The UI is pretty bad. It's hard to navigate. I can't go to the episodes list when I'm on a episode. It also sucks that the app doesn't ask if you are sure you want to use the keys. The rotation times seem ridiculous. I randomly picked a webtoon and it's rotation time was next summer.... When you try to create an account you must activate it from your email before being able to log in.... Why can't I log in now and activate later? It's silly how you must spend all your keys before being able to find out how to buy episodes? It's just too confusing.... There are more things I could complain about but reviews can only be so long. The only thing I'll compliment about is the search system. Seems to quickly find what I need. Other than that there doesn't seem to be a reason for me to use this app other than there being titles other competitive apps don't have. It's just too bothersome to read webtoons here.
