you get like a day of messaging and then you have to pay after that. you literally can't message anyone until you pay. which the cheapest option is 12 bucks a week. and there are mainly fake accounts on this app. if you're looking for a place, don't waste your time here if you're looking to rent out a room, it will automatically send out messages to anyone in the market in your area without asking you - hundreds of messages.

The app is garbage from a design standpoint. They let people use the megaphone thing which means your inbox fills up with messages form random people. Meanwhile you will get notifications for these "messages" You also can't see who you have messaged. If you log on via the web, you'll be logged out after a few min and have to go through the login process again. As far as legitimacy of the individuals on the app, that's yet to be determined. However, almost every profile has the same wording.

Scam!90% of the users on here are bots ( not real people) Im home owner offering a room to rent and I had to pay $11.99 to be able to reply to any messages. I paid it and was charged an additional $29.99. Apparently the $11.99 is a 7 days trial. I've never heard of a trial that you paid for that only lasted 7 days with an auto renew of 3 times the price within the same month! They refused to issue any refund. I've received over 50 messages with no potential tenants. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
