The first alarm clock that says what you want!!!
Wake up with your own voice or the voice of the person you love with the record vocal function or set your "personalized sentence" and talking alarm clock will use it to wake you up. Moreover Talking Alarm Clock tells you the current time!
To snooze the alarm you can simply shake the phone.
Talking alarm clock is further provided with large snooze button to prevent you from accidentally turning off the alarm.

If you use Taskmanagers apps such as "Advanced Task Killer" you must put "Talking AlarmClock" on the exclusion list (ignore list) since
these tools can kill the alarm service used by "Talking AlarmClock" compromising functionality.

Ratings and reviews

I used to love this app, but now I have to downgrade my rating to 1 star. Under the newer versions of Android, the voice volume cannot be modified (option is missing), and it talks so quietly that you can't hear it under most circumstances. I submitted an email to the developer long ago, but there has been no response, and it appears the app is now stale with no updates occurring. Bummer.

I love this app, I had a time after getting my Note where it wouldn't override my do not disturb and that was a problem but they fixed it. At times I hit a wrong button and it doesn't stop and I have to completely restart my phone to stop it. Not a big deal, I'm awake after that happens. I like the versatility of it, voice, no voice, title....

This used to be my favorite app until the latest phone update. The alarm now will no longer make a sound. I have missed several appointments several do to alarm not going off. I sometimes still get the pop-upstell me that there was an alarm and when I click on the pop-up then it will talk.But the alarm itself will not make a sound to give me a notification so that I know that an alarm is going off. I hope they fix fix this soon...for now I am having to use an entirely different app for an alarm.
