24.06.2025 приложение выдает ошибку при открытии двери. получается никак не попасть в дом и не открыть дверь. нет технической поддержки 24/7 при звонке по телефону отвечает охранник и говорит, что звоните с 10 до 18

3 сентября вывесили плашку о недоступности камер с приложения ввиду тех работ с 00 до 08 этого же 3го сентября. На часах 14 сентября, как не работало, так и не работает, никаких сведений не предоставляют
