I've had the same problem for quite a while now. Contacted the team, responded to emails, waited and waited and still nothing. The App's reporting times are not following my roster. Why can't it be made to just follow the rostered times? Not all my reporting times are 60 minutes and but the app defaults all reporting times to the same value. Customer service seems to be a failure as nothing has changed after so many emails and so many error reports sent. Mind you, im a paying customer...and im starting to feel that im wasting my money. Dear rosterbuster team...im still patiently waiting. do something.
It has worked well for me on free trial but because of the overwhelming bad reviews I wont buy.
