"Why are you late clocking in?" Because your damn system is down again and hasn't let me clock in or out for the past 30 mins, for an app to improve "accuracy" this thing has only made it worse And there's many saying "when it worke" as a caveat for the issues, but the biggest problem is "when it works" is the exception not the rule, as the system behind it working goes down multiple times a day, and after certain hours the system will not go back up if it fails, locking you in/out.

A bit buggy sometimes myself and my team are not able to clock in and out. From an admin side writing a schedule is frustrating and time consuming. Managing leave is a pain, as when I try to filter to see my team's holiday it doesn't preset it in an easy to read format. There is no ability to sort the data and for some unknown reason it shows the rejected holiday, what use is that when trying to work out how much holiday is being used? This may be down to my company though idk...

Yes, I HATE IT!!! 1st off, I hate that it need a Location in order to sign you in? It's a violation of privacy. Did I need a location to sign on on the till?!! You have 1 Minute to sign in, if you don't it mark you as Late. When your late it asks you but, only gives you 2 Options to why. it doesn't let you write any other reasons to why your late. Most times it doesn't work probably, you come in try to clock in & tells you "it was unsuccessful." You close the App & Open it freezes.
