This version of the app is not working. Plus, there was an attempt to include usage of points to cover for hotel costs, as part of your instant redemption feature, but was decommissioned since it crashed. It's no longer satisfactory. I have lived in rotana for several years but after losing points due to a change in exclusive reward number and failure to utilize my points now, I really cant recommend this to my friends & family anymore.

I get an unexpected error occurs. is the login details for Rotana discovery and rotana rewards the same? is this linked to GHa rewards?

Booked through the app. Got confirmation via email but in the app itself it does not show I have a booking! Sent a message to customer support who just replied that my booking is confirmed but no mention about the app itself! What's the use of the app if you book through it and it won't record your booking? Fix it please!
