I hate this app. There are many reasons, here are a few: 1. The app is disorganized and confusing. It is very hard to navigate. 2. The app asks for all sorts of personal and unnecessary info, such as total access to your email account (your password). No guarantee as to how that information is maintained or secure. 3. The site does not work on a desktop computer, just phones. 4. Deleting one's account is difficult - you have to email their customer service people to (maybe, eventually)

This app is garbage and pointess. It currently shows that i am waiting on 7 packages from multiple sources. Half of them have already arrived. The other half i had to contact the sender directly for tracking. Very annoying when you are recieving things that require a signature but the app they force you to use provides zero tracking or delivery dates 100% of the time.

I stand by the 4 stars (my personal experience), but more detail - it is invasive yes. Email & Amazon sync up. & location services have to be on, it's laggy/doesn't refresh fast enough. I've accidentally clicked on links bc they shift when loading options in a menu pop up. Awkward to accidentally 'report an error' when you mean to delete an old shipment. BUT - haven't missed a single order, get a push notification right away (when I get the email confirmation), and notifies me in RT delivery.
