The Routeique platform also offers a web-based administrative console for office personnel in departments like your call centre, operations, logistics and accounting. The console also offers telephony and email integration to ensure your orders are correctly management, no matter the source.

The Routeique customer order portal allows customers to enter their orders via a self-serve console, cutting time and expense from the order desk.
