RTS On Demand launches May 17, 2021.

Rides may be requested 1 minute to 12 hours in advance of a trip.

For trips beginning on 5/17 at 5am, rides may be requested starting 5/16 at 5pm.

RTS On Demand provides on-demand service with ADA-accessible vehicles within our On Demand Zones: Brockport, Greece, Henrietta, Irondequoit, Lexington, Pittsford/Eastview, and Webster.

To book a ride, you can use this app, visit myRTS.com or call Customer Service at 585-288-1700.

When the app works/ which is rarely/ it's a great thing. When the app is not working your screwed. Over an hour I've spent many times on the app getting error messages as booking/ even when I see them whizzing by me This really needs to be debugged e.t.c. It's made me horrifying late to work many times. But. I have no option unless I pay 25 bucks rt for lyft. UPDATE. for the 3rd time in a week/ I've been picked up/ went by my destination top drop someone off/ 2 blocks from mine 30 mins im still

Im so excited to use this! Im in an area where busses usually dont run, is an entire day walk to town, and cant afford vehicle repairs! Its so exciting to see more public transportation! I hear they come early a lot which isnt great, and it doesnt work the best, but im really happy there is an option now and I cant wait to see it grow, improve and expand!

On demand has been getting better. This route gives you a random number between 3,000 and 4,000, that is NOT the number of the vehicle picking you up. For some reason it gives you the driver's badge number (not needed). Every time I use the app, I have to ask the driver if there here to pick me up or somebody else; because I'm never given the correct vehicle number that's picking me up. Please fix
