Very outdated app. it is not user friendly, very slow in loading the trip info. I hate opening this app everytime going in trip info to find OTP. why can't OTP be shown on top soon I open app? why to click, wait, click and then wait to see OTP. it should also notify employees 10-15 before the trip so the cabs are not missed.

Routematic has serious map accuracy issues. The vehicle location does not follow actual roads and often appears off-route or cutting through areas where no roads exist. Because of this, the cab tracking feature becomes useless. These issues severely impact the core functionality of the app.

worst app , my corporate requires me to login on this app, however every time I enter the otp I received on my mobile, it says invalid. I am frustrated now and I need a solution for this
