This is a very good app to manage office transport. I can view location of my pickup and drop cab, can share my address location on map for directions, can view driver's and vehicle's details, can call the driver without disclosing my phone number, can share feedback about ride and raise complaints. I'll highly recommend this app for managing transport. I've seen some drivers struggling with app usage. May be, the app can provide a video tutorial for driver's about how to use.

Worst APP I have seen in recent time. After resetting the password for many times it still says invalid user / password. Even the local restaurant apps are way more smooth. I am still not sure how can an APP meant for booking office rides is so bugged and useless. Even a 1-2year old fresher develops far more better APPs in my office. It would be better if these people focus on improving the APP rather than spending money and promoting it in and around offices.

The user experience with this app is not smooth at all. It is slow and usually shows driver left when the cab has only arrived. Additionally, the refresh time is more and thus, it becomes difficult to track the cab's location. Overall, the home screen for this app can be improved by making cab and employee details easily accessible instead of user navigating taking minutes through the app.

With every new app version, we are introducing new features and improving existing ones, we request you update your app also on the tracking issue we request you to get in touch with your Transport team who will ask the driver to update their Maps and keep the location on.
