Like the previous reviews say, this app sucks. If you need to analyze your signal, fine. But all I wanted was to pay a bill. This app will not let you do that, so then you have to call to pay, and naturally, they charge you a fee to pay. What a con job!

The staff are always polite and professional however service continues to be spotty
