I've been using this app for several years and it just continues to be disappointing. The messaging doesn't always work, you have to go to the online browser version sometimes because the mobile app messages just don't show up. Do NOT share any screenshots or photos of personal information in the message app. It will show up on the pet profile and that is the only place that it can be removed. You cannot remove it through your profile, your messages, your gallery, etc. Calendar is very clunky.

I enjoy the concept of Rover, but the app is very clunky. I constantly receive unnecessary email reminders and there's no way to unsubscribe. For example- I was sick and unavailable to watch a dog, so I made a recommendation to book with a friend of mine who is also on the app. Rover then sent me an email essentially scolding me for not keeping my calendar up to date (who schedules getting sick?). The app would be much more improved if you could unsubscribe, but you can't.

It would be a better app if we could schedule what days and times of the day we are available for each service. Instead of having to put available for every day. I may not be available for a certain service every day that I had to put that I am for the calendar. As well as when a client searches for a sitter, there needs to be an option to choose distance from the client to sitter. Instead of having people far away show up higher in the searches than people closer to the client.
