Latest update is a mess. I have been playing this game for a VERY long time. It has been fine but then this last update has completely screwed it up. The Facebook connection has to be restored all the time. Which means a lot of my progress is gone if I have to stop and restart the game during the day. Also my Team that has been together for MANY years can't get in the battles because our leaders are having the same issues. Just horrid and frustrated!

Played for several years and with the last game update, lost all my progress. No reply from support and seems to be widespread issue affecting android users. No desire to start all over to build up again after so many years of playing. If progress can't be reinstated, will be uninstalling. I have other games that have not had as many glitches and such a loss of status in a game. Super disappointing!!!

Lost my hatchling. Also, the odd bug persists; sometimes when finishing an elevator round, a dialog box appears bit is inactive... can't even X out. Given the complete absence of a response from "Support" and the other reviews suggesting this is the new normal... took the second star away. The end of an era? Yes: the end of an error
