I had an issue booking my flight and tried many times using different devices (my phone and two laptops). Every attempt resulted in an error message. If I had another option, I would have booked with a different company. In the future, I will not fly with you. The 1-star rating I gave is already generous, because you honestly deserve zero but the system wouldn't allow it.

The worst airline company, very unprofessional, very poor customer service, zero respect for the customers, when you file a complaint after a flight delay you got no answer and no mean to follow up on your complaint, the call center takes hours to respond only to give no useful answers, they board the passengers and after a two-hour wait for takeoff, they ask them to leave the plane because a technical check needs to be carried out. Bottom line, this company is complete garbage.

I've booked a flight, paid for the flight using a card. The money was taken from my account but I didn't receive a ticket and it shows the reservationas cancelled even though it was paid. Contacting call center and yet to get a reply to fix the issue. Bad experience and the worst customer service. I'll advice anybody not to risk using this app for any future booking.
