The worst app and very unprofessional bank. It doesn't have the most basic functions like changing address and phone number. All other banks apps allow you to do that. You have to go to the bank to do this. Also, the bank's ATMs are out of service most of the times after the banks close in Brooklyn Chintown. It's so inconvenient if it's your only bank. You can't get money in case of emergency.
