Ratings and reviews

The main reason for many is short term booking for city commute for they are not providing pickup and drop facilities. To get local commute you have to leave your work to pick and drop their vehicle which doesn't make sense. If I have to travel with auto or taxi to their place then what's point of booking self driven rental bikes. They didn't agree even though I was ready to pay them extra charges. The only thing customer values is his/her time in such situation but unfortunately they don't get

I rented bike for the first time and my experience was overall very good because of the flawless process of booking and no problems in the pick up and dropping time but one thing that's disappointed me was I booked MT 15 and at the last moment they are calling me telling that the bike is not available you have to choose other bike . I want to say one thing to royal brothers please if the bikes are not available then don't show them in the app while booking that's why 3star. Thank you

Sort function doesn't work, sorting by price still shows high-low-high prices randomly instead of sorted. Update: Their team reached out to understand the issue and explained that they'll work on it. This is much appreciated as part of the customer satisfaction.
