I booked avenger from the app and when I went to take the bike that person told me they don't have that bike and asked me to upgrade by paying extra money. I tried to contact to change customer care only to waste my time, no response. it's like either i need to pay for the upgrade or kms limit will be reduced, both the ways it's a loss for me.

Worst service I've ever experienced. The bike was poorly maintained and kept breaking down. Support was useless. Since there was no mobile signal in our parking, they refused to help unless I was standing next to the bike, forcing me to push it to get reception. Another time, I waited 2.5 hours on the road after a breakdown while they kept saying "5 more minutes." Rude staff, false promises, and terrible service. It feels like a scam.

Pathetic service. I recived a faulty pulsar NS250 in which the self start doesn't work and it has no kick. The biggest issue is I called support number for 3 hours and no body connected. when connected they said they will pick up the vehicle within 24 hours. it has been more than 24 hours and they don't want to pick up their own bike hardly 2 km away from pickup spot. forget refund, they can't even clean up their own mess. god bless you if you have any issues.
